Roadway Phase A – Everett Street intersection and Arthur Street extension improvements
- Everett Street intersection
- Installing traffic management devices on Everett and Old Everett Streets restricting traffic to northbound only
- Pedestrian and bicyclist access to and from Stop & Shop via Everett Street closed beginning July 27th until further notice. Stop & Shop to continue to remain open. Pedestrian and bicyclist to detour to North Beacon and Arthur Street for Stop & Shop access.
- Installing stormwater structures/infrastructure
- Demolishing and removing existing retaining wall
- Installing foundation and precast retaining wall
- Arthur Street extension
- Installing site lighting and traffic conduit
- Additional stormwater work at Hichborn intersection

BUILDING A – Residential Building with new Stop & Shop grocery store
- Parking lot demolition, support of excavation and soil removal 100% complete
- Lower garage level (Level -2) concrete slab 100% complete
- Upper garage level (Level -1) concrete formwork ongoing
- Concrete superstructure (2 underground + 2 above ground) forecast to complete Fall 2022
- Wood framing superstructure (Levels 3 to 6) forecast to complete Spring 2023
- Overall project completion forecast to complete Early 2024
BUILDING B – Lab/Office Building
- Exploratory borings complete
- Mobilization anticipated for 10/22
