INFRASTRUCTURE (Roadway and Utility Work)

Everett and Arthur Reconstructions

• Everett Street Intersection: All work substantially complete, with intersection fully activated. Punch list work on-going to be completed by 7/31/24.
• Arthur Street: All work substantially complete, with intersection fully activated. Punch list work on-going to be completed by 7/31/24

Future Guest Street Extension

• All work substantially complete, with intersection fully activated. Punch list work on-going to be completed by 7/31/24. North side roadway improvements will coincide with adjacent development projects.

BUILDING A (Residential Building with new Stop & Shop Grocery Store)

• Final occupancy permit obtained. Residential tenant move in’s have begun and will continue to increase through the summer. Stop and Shop opened Friday, June 21st.

COMMUNITY GREEN

• Construction on the Community Green open space has begun. Early phase work consisting of demolition, drainage installation, and earthwork complete. Second phase to begin Monday 7/29. Smaller plantings are scheduled for early fall of 2024 with trees scheduled for Spring 2025. Substantial completion expected by end of 2024 with final completion happening Spring 2025.

STOP & SHOP DEMOLITION

• Plans and surveys have begun on the old Stop & Shop building in preparation for potential demolition. Permits and bidding will proceed through the summer with demolition anticipated Fall 2024.
