INFRASTRUCTURE (Roadway and Utility Work)

Everett and Arthur Reconstructions

  • Everett Street Intersection: All work substantially complete, with intersection fully activated. City accepted signals, finalizing acceptance of sidewalks.
  • Arthur Street: All work substantially complete, with intersection fully activated. City accepted signals, finalizing acceptance of sidewalks.

Future Guest Street Extension

  • All work substantially complete, with intersection fully activated. City currently reviewing documentation for acceptance of roadway. North side roadway improvements will coincide with adjacent development projects.

BUILDING A (Residential Building with new Stop & Shop Grocery Store)

  • Alder residential building is occupied, and leasing is on-going. Retail leasing is on-going as well with no immediate retail construction planned. Stop and Shop opened June 21, 2024.

COMMUNITY GREEN

  • Construction on the Community Green open space is on-going. Installation of walls, utilities, curbing, trees, and fencing is substantially complete. Paver installation has started and will continue through mid-May. Smaller plantings and surface treatments such as loam and stonedust are currently being installed to be completed by end of May. Telecommunications, lighting, and irrigation installation on-going to be completed by early June. Opening of the park planned for early-mid June.

STOP & SHOP DEMOLITION 

  • All demolition work is now complete.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we received personal information from someone under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our records. TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the NE Acquisitions LLC website (the “Site”) operated by NE Acquisitions LLC (“NE Acquisitions”) and its affiliates.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, excluding its conflicts of law rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall be the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

SEVERABILITY AND INTEGRATION

Unless otherwise specified herein, these Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and NE Acquisitions with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and NE Acquisitions with respect to the Site. If any part of the Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of NE Acquisitions, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

TERMINATION

NE Acquisitions reserves the right, in its sole discretion at any time, to terminate your access to all or part of the Site and/or to remove any content and materials from the Site, with or without notice. You agree that NE Acquisitions shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site or for removal of information from the Site.
